Bora Consult 2002 Ltd. as the company- investor in this unique project acts as the management company for the whole complex as well, i.e.
the hotel part and the two adjoining blocks of apartments – block E and block D. The majority of the owners that buy property on site
are actual investors who purchase exclusively for the purpose of capital appreciation and rental revenues. Therefore they authorize Bora
Consult 2002 Ltd. to rent their property/ies on in return of an expected seasonal rental income.
Bora Consult 2002 Ltd. has signed long term agreements with one of the biggest and most prominent tour operators in Europe, namely TUI UK,
TUI Nordic, Thomas Cook AG, Thomas Cook France, TUI Deutschland, Thomas Cook AG, Alltours flugreisen, JetAir, Globtour, Luxair etc. and
several other international tour operators in order to secure the best occupancy rates for each season.
There are basically two main options for the calculating of the management income:
1. Standard prices based per night.
The rental flat rates that are contracted are as follows:
1.1. For studios: EUR 47.25 ì2/per night
1.2. For 1-bedroom apartment: EUR 57.25 ì2/ per night
*** 2-bedroom apartments are not included in the tour operator lists. However, we may be able to contract them at the same levels as the
1-bedroom apartments.
The rental rates are contracted additionally for each consecutive season. Management fee – 25% of the rental income paid to the management
company, i.e. Bora Consult 2002 Ltd.
2. Minimum Rental Income as a set amount including the management fee.
